Opening Times
Open daily Monday - Friday, 10am-5pm.
Closed public holidays and 24 - 26th December.
The Searchroom will be closed for annual stocktaking from Monday 9 December 2002 to Friday 27 December 2002. We will re-open on Monday 20 December 2002. Please note that while the museum will be open on New Years Day, 1 January 2003, the Searchroom will be closed.
All post received during this period will dealt with in order of receipt when we re-open.
Parking
Free car parking in the grounds of the museum. Coaches may park in St George's
Road (100 yards for the museum).
Catering
Selection of food, hot meals, sandwiches, cakes, snacks and drinks available.
Shop
Specialising in local history and decorative arts including local arts & crafts,
gifts, souvenirs, greeting cards, fine art prints, toys, glassware, china and
an extensive book section.

Groups please book in advance. If you wish you can book now on-line.

Toilets
Toilets are available on the first floor (including accessible toilet combined
with baby changing facilities on the ground floor).
All events in the grounds of the City Museum and Records Office, under cover if it is wet. All events FREE.
